Woke up at 4:30 am and started preparing meals. Egg whites, oatmeal...protein powders, vitamins. I know when im on the program- everything is bland, tasteless, and terrible. I can also tell you what time of day it is simply by what I'm eating. Yes its boring, but its simple. This is going to be painful, but easy.
Cardio- 25mins in the AM after working chest, again 20 minutes after my last client.
Shower then dinner and early to bed tonight because I get to do this all again tomorrow...

ReplyDeleteevery morning. I eat the eggs n oatmeal after my morning workout. Im so sick of eggs, but its perfect nutrition. Gotta do it...
